Southwest City Dog Park Application

Membership applications are being accepted for the 2011 - 2012 dog park year!

We are adjusting the dog park year to coincide with our spring down time. The 2011 - 2012 Dog Park year will begin September 1st and continues until May 31st of the next year.  Memberships are not pro-rated.

Complete the application, sign the waiver, send your registration fees, and don't forget to send your four-legged friend's current vaccination records.

Dog Park Fees (September 1, 2011 - May 31, 2012) are as follows:

City residents:
$26.50 first dog, $7.50 each additional dog

Southampton Neighborhood Association Members:
$18.50 first dog, $7.50 each additional dog

Non-city residents:
$37.50 first dog, $7.50 each additional dog
